    Eligibility

    Our services are intended for licensed medical practices and healthcare providers in the United States. You must be authorized to act on behalf of your practice to use our services.

    HIPAA Compliance

    Cura Connection will enter into a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with each healthcare practice that uses our platform. Both parties agree to comply with all applicable HIPAA regulations.

    Patient Consent

    Healthcare practices using our platform are responsible for obtaining appropriate patient consent for SMS and email communications. Our platform provides tools to manage and document patient consent.

    Subscription and Payment Terms
