Patient Access

    Your MyChart sign-in

CuraConnection lets you sign in with the MyChart account from the hospital where you receive care. Your practice then uses the information you review to prepare your registration. This page describes what is read, who can see it, and how you can stop it.

    What you sign in to

You start on your practice’s site. You sign in on that hospital’s MyChart page. CuraConnection never sees your MyChart password. After you approve access, you return to your practice’s site.

    What is read

CuraConnection reads this information from your hospital chart:

    • Name, date of birth, address, phone, and email
    • Insurance plan, member ID, and group
    • Allergies
    • Problems
    • Medications
    • Surgeries
    • Visits

CuraConnection does not change your hospital chart.

    Who can see it

You review the information before your practice uses it. CuraConnection saves the registration you submit. Schedulers at that practice can see the saved registration. A scheduler at another CuraConnection practice cannot see it.

    How long access lasts

You choose how long CuraConnection may keep reading your chart when you approve MyChart. You can revoke that access in MyChart at any time. Revoking access stops new reads. It does not erase a registration you already submitted to your practice.

    Payments

A payment on your practice’s site is paid to that practice. It is not a bill from the hospital.
